AN ACT concerning

Automobile Insurance - Billing Statements - Due Dates

FOR the purpose of prohibiting an insurer from sending any
billing statement to an insured that does not include a
certain due date on the billing statement, if the statement
is sent pursuant to a motor vehicle insurance policy or
contract; and generally prohibiting automobile insurers from
using misleading language to induce policyholders to pay
premiums in violation of this Act.
