(a) [The following units are included within the
Department:

(1)  The Tidewater Administration, which shall include
the Coastal Zone Management Program;

(2)  The Forest, Park and Wildlife Service;

(3)  The Natural Resources Police Force;

(4)  The Water Resources Administration;

(5)  The Maryland Environmental Service;

(6)  The Energy Administration, which shall include
the Power Plant Siting and Research Program, the Bureau of Mines,
and the Land Reclamation Committee;

(7)  The Maryland Geological Survey;

(8)  The Maryland Geological Survey Commission;

(9)  The Scenic River Review Board;

(10)  The Upper Potomac River Commission;

(11)  The Maryland Environmental Trust;

(12)] THE DEPARTMENT SHALL INCLUDE ALL UNITS,
PROGRAMS, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND ADVISORY BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS REFERENCED IN THIS ARTICLE.

(B) THE FOLLOWING UNITS ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS
DEPARTMENT:

(1) The Maryland Membership Unit of the Interstate
Commission of the Potomac River Basin;

[(13)] (2) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Susquehanna River Basin Commission;

[(14)] (3) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission;

[(15)] (4) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Potomac River Fisheries Commission;

[(16)] (5) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission; AND

[(17)] (6) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Mining Commission[;].
