AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources Article - Corrections

FOR the purpose of correcting certain consequences of
environmental reorganization and boat excise tax legislation
in 1987; modifying the listing of units within the
Department of Natural Resources; defining certain
terminology in the State Boat Act; and renumbering certain
provisions within the Natural Resources Article.

BY renumbering

Section 8-701(n), (o), and (p), respectively

to be Section 8-701(o), (p), and (q), respectively

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 8-701(n), (o), and (p), respectively,
of Article - Natural Resources of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be renumbered to be Section(s) 8-701(o), (p), and (q),
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
