BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health Occupations 4.5-302. (a) To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an (b) The applicant must be of good moral character. (c) The applicant must be at least 18 years old. (d) The applicant for licensure as a dietitian shall: (1) (i) Have satisfactorily completed academic (ii) Have received a baccalaureate degree or a (iii) Have satisfactorily completed a program (2) Submit to the Board proof of registration through (e) The applicant for licensure as a licensed nutritionist (1) Meet the requirements of subsection (d) of this (2) (i) Have received a master's or doctoral degree - 2147 -
