Article - Financial Institutions

13-114.

In addition to any other powers set forth in this subtitle,
the Authority may:

(13)  Authorize the chairman, vice chairman, or
executive director of the Authority, on behalf of the Authority,
to perform any duty, and specify, prescribe, determine, provide
for or approve such matters, details, forms, documents, or
procedures as the Authority, in its sole and absolute discretion,
deems appropriate to accomplish the purposes of this subtitle;
[and]

(14)  WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SECRETARY, EXERCISE ANY
OR ALL OF THE POWERS, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF THE SECRETARY, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 41A, TITLE 6, SUBTITLE 3 OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND, RELATING TO THE MARYLAND ENERGY FINANCING
ADMINISTRATION; AND

[(14)] (15) Do anything necessary or convenient to
carry out its powers and the purposes of this subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County -
Board of License Commissioners and Attorney - Salaries

FOR the purpose of altering salaries for the chairman and each
member of the Wicomico County Board of License Commissioners
and the salary of the attorney for the Board; and providing
that this Act does not affect the incumbent members and the
chairman of the Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
