SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY    OF

MARYLAND, That Section(s) 4-305(f) and (g), respectively, of   the

Health Occupations Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland     be
renumbered to be Section(s) 4-305(g) and (h), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

4-205.

(a) In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this
title, the Board may:

(1) Adopt [rules and] regulations governing:

(i) The administration of general anesthesia by
a licensed dentist;

(ii) The administration of parenteral sedation
by a licensed dentist; [and]
