included within the Department:

(1)  Division of Housing Finance;

(2)  Maryland Housing Policy Commission;

(3)  Community Development Administration;

(4)  Division of Housing Insurance;

(5)  Maryland Housing Fund;

(6)  Division of Community Assistance;

(7)  Division of Cultural Activities;

(8)  St. Mary's City Commission;

(9)  Commission on Afro-American History and Culture;

(10)  Commission on Indian Affairs;

(11)  Maryland Ethnic Heritage Commission; [and]

(12)  Maryland Historical Trust[.]; AND

(13)  THE MARYLAND MEMBERSHIP UNIT OF THE APPALACHIAN
REGIONAL COMMISSION.
