SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 41A - Department of Economic and Employment Development

1-204.

(a) The following agencies, boards, commissions, councils,
corporations, authorities, and divisions shall be included within
the Department:

[(1) The Maryland membership unit of the Appalachian
Regional Commission;]

[(2)]   (1)     Development Credit Corporation of Maryland;

[(3)]   (2)     Division of Business Development;

[(4)]   (3)     Division of Employment and Training;

[(5)]   (4)     Division of Tourism and Promotion;
