IF AN EXISTING RENTAL HOUSING FACILITY IS CONVERTED TO
LIMITED EQUITY COOPERATIVE HOUSING THROUGH THE ASSISTANCE OF A
LOAN MADE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE, AN EXISTING TENANT MAY NOT BE
REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PREMISES BECAUSE THE TENANT DOES NOT ELECT
TO BECOME A STOCKHOLDER IN THE CORPORATION OWNING THE LIMITED
EQUITY COOPERATIVE HOUSING.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
