General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $1,311,447 of this

appropriation made for the

purpose of developing and

providing a residential marine
program may not be expended until
the budget committees review and
approve a plan for using the
funds. The committees will expect
the plan by July 1, 1988.

Further provided that $1,400,000 of
this appropriation made for the

purpose of developing and

implementing a diagnostic program
may not be expended until the
budget committees approve a plan

for using the funds. The

committees will expect the plan
by July 1, 1988.

Further provided that it is the
intent of the budget committees
that an advisory committee for
the Youth Center at Doncaster in
Charles County be appointed prior
to July 1, 1988. The advisory
committee shall be comprised of

11 members (5 from Charles

County, 3 from St. Mary's County,
2 from Calvert County, and 1 from

Prince George's County) and

appointments shall be made from
individuals recommended by the
county governing body of the
