respective county. If the

advisory committee is not

appointed by July 1, 1988, the
general fund appropriation shall
be reduced by $25,000.

Further provided that it is the
intent of the budget committees
that an advisory committee for
the Youth Center at Doncaster in
Charles County be appointed by
the Director of Juvenile Services
Agency prior to December 31,

1988. The advisory committee

shall be comprised of 13 members.
Seven members (3 from Charles
County, 2 from St. Mary's County,
1 from Calvert County, and 1 from
Prince George's County) shall be
appointed from among individuals

recommended by the county

governing body of the respective
counties provided that the county

governing body makes its

recommendations no later than
October 31, 1988. If the
respective county governing body
does not submit the names of

recommended individuals by

October 31, 1988, the

recommendations of individuals
from the respective county will
be made by the contractor
operating Doncaster Youth Center.

Six members, who are

representatives of the community
which the facility serves and in
which it is located, shall be
appointed from among individuals
recommended by the contractor.
The term of each member is four
years. If the advisory committee
is not appointed by the Director
of Juvenile Services Agency by
December 31, 1988, the general
fund appropriation shall be
reduced by $25,000...............
