performed on Sundays. Any operation of bowling, duckpin or tenpin
alleys or exhibition of motion pictures and baseball on Sundays,
except as hereby authorized shall be unlawful and subject to the
provisions and penalties of said §§ 492 and 522 of this article.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect or change
the existing law concerning the exhibition of motion pictures or
the operation of bowling alleys, duckpin alleys or tenpin alleys
in Ocean City on Sundays.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a typographical error in
Article 27, § 529.

The typographical error, the use of the word "to" in
place of the word "or" occurred in Ch. 46 of the Acts
of 1973 in setting out existing law previously
enacted.

The typographical error was noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.
