submits a revised

telecommunications master plan
with five year operating and
capital cost projections for
review and approval by the Budget
Committees. The department shall
arrange to formally brief the
Budget Committees on the master
plan contents. This plan shall be
submitted no later than July 15,

28.06.01.02 State Telephone Equipment
and Maintenance Purchase

Funds are appropriated in various
State agency budgets to pay for
services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
