DEPARTMENT TO PREPARE AN ANNUAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FOR
THAT DEPARTMENT; AND TO REQUIRE THAT EACH COUNTY DEPARTMENT
CONSIDER IN ITS ANNUAL BUDGET THE PRIORITIES ESTABLISHED BY THE
20-YEAR, 5-YEAR, AND ANNUAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLANS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

Queen Anne's County - Alcoholic Beverages License

FOR the purpose of authorizing the issuance of a Class A

(off-sale) beer and light wine license     in Queen Anne's

County; establishing a fee for that license;   and defining a
certain term.
