AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Capital Improvements Plans

FOR the purpose of empowering the Queen Anne's County
Commissioners to adopt certain Capital Improvements Plans;
requiring each County department to prepare an annual
Capital Improvements Program; and requiring that each County
department consider in its annual budget the priorities
established by certain Capital Improvements Plans.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
Section l-104(a)

Article 18 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

BY adding to

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 18 - Queen Anne's County

1-104.

(a) In addition to, but not in substitution of, the powers
which have been, or may hereafter be granted to it, the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County also shall have the
following express powers:

(BB) TO ADOPT, AMEND, AND RE-ADOPT 20-YEAR, 5-YEAR, AND
ANNUAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLANS; TO REQUIRE EACH COUNTY
