charge.]

[7-322.

The owner of any stayed tobacco may remove it from the
warehouse free of any charge, if it is not removed to another
warehouse owned or leased by the State.]

[7-323.

(a)  Any bundle of tobacco, other than samples drawn in
sampling, and any bundles displaced in uncasing tobacco, shall be
carefully returned to the hogshead from which it was drawn or
displaced.

(b)  In addition to any other penalty provided by this
article, any employee who knowingly violates the provisions of
this section is guilty of misconduct in office, and is liable to
removal from office.]

[7-324.

(a)  A person may not pull out or break off any leaf or
tamper in any manner with any sample of tobacco. No person,
except a designated department employee may handle any bundle of
tobacco drawn as a sample until it is tied up and sealed as
required.

(b)  Every employee in the tobacco warehouse shall report to
the Secretary every violation of this section that he is aware
of. The Secretary shall record each reported violation in a book
kept in his office and open to public inspection.]

[7-325.

(a)  Neither the Inspector nor any warehouse employee may
engage in the purchase or sale of tobacco, except the sale of
leaf tobacco raised by him.

(b)  Neither the Inspector nor any warehouse employee may
accept any gift or emolument, directly or indirectly, for any
service in the line of his duty other than his regular salary or
wage.

(c)  Any person who violates any provision of this section
shall be dismissed immediately from office.]

[7-326.

(a) A commission selling agency or its representative, to
which tobacco has been consigned by the owner for sale, may not
make any suggestion or objection as to any particular bundle to
