MONTGOMERY COUNTY

Ordinance No.: 10-77

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations for the purpose of

Permitting greater flexibility in the use of
tertiary streets. This is a companion amendment
to Bill No. 34-84 which amends the Road Code.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 50 of the
Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-26 "Roads and Streets - Design Standards"
Section 50-26(a) "Minimum Widths of Rights-of-Way"
Section 50-26(h) "Tertiary Streets"

Effective Date August 5, 1986.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations for the purpose of

clarifying the exception to platting
requirements applicable to agricultural land and
to farm dwellings.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 50 of the
Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-1 "Definitions"

Section 50-9 "Exceptions to Platting Requirements"

Section 50-20 "Limitations on Issuance of Building Permits"

Effective Date August 12, 1986.
