MONTGOMERY COUNTY

AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1) create a Department of Mental Health and
Habilitation ADDICTION, VICTIM, AND MENTAL
HEALTH SERVICES for Montgomery County;

(2) transfer from the Department of Health and

other departments to the Department of Mental

Health and Habilitation those duties that

concern mental health;

(3)(2) make technical and stylistic changes; and

(4)(3) generally provide for the creation of the
Department of Mental Health and Habilitation
ADDICTION, VICTIM, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
