TRAINING under the retraining and employment program and to
clarify that an employee will be provided a maximum of two
offers of employment which are commensurate with the
training, education, experience and physical and mental
capabilities of the employee before benefits are terminated;
and

11. to clarify under what circumstances an employee may be
exempt from participating in the retraining and employment
program and to change authority for granting an exemption
from the County Executive to the Chief Administrative
Officer.

Section 30A-6 to the Montgomery County Code.
