AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)   establish the Advisory Council BOARD on Victims and
Their Families;

(2)   provide for the appointment, composition, term,
election of chairman, duties, compensation and
reimbursement, meetings, quorum, voting, and
attendance requirements of the Advisory Council BOARD;

(3)   provide that the Director of the Department of Mental
Health and Habilitation ADDITION, VICTIM, AND MENTAL
HEALTH must provide staff support for the Advisory
Council BOARD; and

(4)   generally provide for the Victim and Family Advisory
Council ADVISORY, BOARD ON VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

By adding to:

Chapter 24, Health and Sanitation

Article IV VII of the Montgomery County Code

Effective Date May 19, 1986.
