AN ACT amending Section 1.116 "Pay Plan" and Section 1.119
"Overtime and Compensatory Time" of the Howard County Code
regarding exceptions for Howard County Local 86 - International
Union of Police Associations in order to delete an exemption
concerning shift differential pay and to delete language
regarding paid leave in an exemption regarding the calculation
of overtime.

Effective Date December 15, 1986.

Bill No. 64

AN ACT amending Section 1.402 "Pensions for Volunteer
Firefighters" of the Howard County Code in order to re-name the
program, to add definitions, to clarify entitlement for the
program, to increase the monthly payments and to provide for
appeals regarding the number of creditable points accumulated
during a year of certified active service and declaring this
effective July 1, 1987.

Effective Date July 1, 1987.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(cU) to Title 18, "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Michael J.
Lawson.

Effective Date December 29, 1986.
