AN ACT to repeal the prohibition against dancing between the
hours of 12:00 Midnight and 8:00 A.M.; to exempt places of public
amusement that provide music for the public to dance THAT ARE
LEGITIMATE THEATRES, OR THAT HOLD A CULTURAL EVENT from the

provision that prohibits places of public amusement from

maintaining open its doors, gates, or public entrances between
the hours of 12:30 A.M. and 8:00 A.M., and to provide for
technical and clarifying corrections TO REPEAL THE PROHIBITION
AGAINST PLACES OF PUBLIC AMUSEMENT MAINTAINING OPEN THEIR DOORS,
GATES, OR PUBLIC ENTRANCES FROM 12:30 A.M. AND 8:00 A.M.; TO
REPEAL THE PENALTY PROVISIONS FOR THE PROHIBITIONS; AND TO
PROVIDE FOR A CIVIL PENALTY IN ADDITION TO DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR
REVOCATION OF AN ENTERPRISE LICENSE.
