AN ACT amending various sections of Title 1 "Administration"
of the Howard County Code in order to indicate, section by
section, the special exceptions from the Personnel Code for
employees covered by various collective bargaining agreements.

[Amending Sections 1.101A, 1.116, 1.117(b), 1.117(f),
1.117(g), 1.117(h), 1.117(j), 1.118, 1.119, 1.121, and 1.300 to
the Howard County Code.

Adding Section 1.114(h) to the Howard County Code]

Bill No. 49

AN ACT amending Section 15.509 "Provisions governing
easements acquired" of the Howard County Code in order to clarify
that the County may grant an exclusion from an agricultural
preservation easement at any time of 1 acre for each dwelling
existing on the property at the time of easement sale.

Effective Date October 6, 1986.

Bill No. 50

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(cR) to Title 18, "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Donald V. Nahrgang and
Wife and declaring this to be an emergency measure.

Effective Date August 6, 1986.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(cS) to Title 18, "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Hossein Tajalli and Wife.
