AN ACT amending Section 1.300 "Salaries and Fringe Benefits"
and Section 1.305 "Special Provisions" of the Howard County Code
in order to provide a cost-of-living salary adjustment for County
employees.

Bill No. 36

AN ACT rescinding Resolution 21-1973 and repealing and
re-enacting Subtitle 1 "Taxicabs" of Title 14 "Licenses, Permits
and Inspections" of the Howard County Code in order to provide
current, consolidated laws regarding the operation of taxicabs in
Howard County.

Bill No. 38

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cR) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Gerald
Joseph Gray.

Effective Date August 5, 1986.

Bill No. 40

AN ACT amending Section 20.314 "Ad Valorem charge" and
Section 20.315 "Middle Patuxent Drainage Area Supplemental Ad
Valorem charge" of the Howard County code in order to exempt
surviving spouses of service-connected 100% disabled veterans
from the ad valorem charge and the Middle Patuxent Drainage area
supplemental ad valorem charge.
