RESOLUTION NO. 291
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
northerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as "U.S. Route 13 North Annexation No. 2", bounded on the west by
West Zion Road and the Corporate Limit, the south side of Naylor
Mill Road, and the east side of Route 13; bounded on the north by
the southerly boundary line of the lands of J. Roland Dashiell
and Sons; bounded on the east by the westerly boundary line of
the lands of Louis E. Brown, the lands of Herman W. Parsons, the
lands of Mary E. Cannon and the lands of Monroe S. Haltaman;
bounded on the south by the State highway interchange.
