RESOLUTION NO. 293
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the easterly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as the
"U.S. Route 50 East Annexation #3" bounded on the south by Route
50 "east; bounded on the east by Route 13 by-pass; bounded on the
west by the lands of Emmanuel Wesleyan Church and encompassing
the lands of Brice R. and Shirley F. Phillips; the southern part
of the lands of James W. Brittingham; the lands of Second
National Building & Loan Incorporated; the lands of C. Wilkins
and Anne F. Powell, the land of Wicomico Medical Services
Corporation; the lands of Olin J. Parker, Jr.; the lands of the
Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Foundation; the lands of Jason S.
Sr. and Elsie H. Tilghman; the land of Jason S. Jr. and Diane B.
Tilghman; and the lands of Edward G. Bounds,. Jr.; the land of
Chester C. Jr. and Elaine Collins and others.

RESOLUTION NO. 294
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing to enlarge its corporate boundaries and reducing an
existing and so-called enclave at the east side of and within the
municipality by annexing part of Schumaker Heights Subdivision
and other lands located north and east of North Park Drive, south
of Beaglin Branch and west of Schumaker Lane, all of which is
owned by the heirs of Rufus C. Johnson and Gracious Chicken Inc.
and a section of Beaglin Park Drive, said proposed area being
contiguous and adjoining to the existing corporate limits.
