RESOLUTION NO. 286
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the westerly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as
"West Salisbury Parkway Shopping Center Annexation", and bounded
on the west by the west side of West Salisbury Parkway, bounded
on the north in part by the lands of John A. Riggin and in part
by the lands of the State Highway Administration, bounded on the
east in part by the lands of Tamar R. Hughes, in part by the
lands of H. D. Metal Inc. and in part by the lands of Preston
Trucking Company, bounded on the south in part by the lands of
Preston Trucking Company, by the lands of Thomas and Mary Todd
and by the corporate limit, encompassing a part of West Salisbury
Parkway, the lands of G. Robert Miller, the lands of Robert M.
Duncan and the lands of Helen F. Taylor Johnson.

amend the Charter . of the City of Salisbury by amending Article
VII, Finance, § SC7-45.
