Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 2, 1986]

RESOLUTION NO. 282

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as "Dykes Road Annexation", the area being bounded on the north
by Dykes Road, bounded on the east by the lands of Jack R. Dixon,
bounded on the south in part by residential land north of
Coulbourn Drive and May Drive and in part by May Drive and
bounded on the west in part by South Division Street Extended and
the lands of Brown Derby. The area to be annexed being the lands
now or formerly owned by Marva Production Credit Association and
the lands now or formerly owned by Robert B. Twilley, et al.

[Section(s) SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date September 11, 1986]

RESOLUTION NO. 285

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
southeasterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury,
popularly known as North Schumaker Drive Annexation and bounded
on the east by the corporate limits and Tide Mill Apartments,
bounded on the north by the corporate limits and the subdivision
known as Schumaker Glen, bounded on the west in part by the lands
of Susan I. Malcolm, in part by the lands of Paul E. Jefferson
and in part by the lands of Barbara J. Twilley, and bounded on
the south by North Schumaker Drive.
