POCOMOKE CITY

Resolution of the mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: § C-719 "Payment of indebtedness" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of allowing the payment if indebtedness at, above or below
the face or pay value thereof.

amendments.
