CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1986-2

SUBJECT: "Dredging or maintenance of waterways."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: (48A) "Port Wardens" by repealing and reenacting
with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the Town of
Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of
regulating the dredging or maintenance of waterways.

City, Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date October 21, 1986]

CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1986-3

SUBJECT: "Special assessments on dredging or maintenance of
waterways."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: § 1216 "Special assessments" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of regulating the dredging or maintenance of waterways.
