A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL TO AMEND THE CHARTER
OF POCOMOKE CITY, MARYLAND REGARDING QUALIFICATIONS OF COUNCIL
MEMBERS

[Section(s) C-4 of the Charter of the City of Pocomoke City,
Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 160

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL TO AMEND THE CHARTER
OF POCOMOKE CITY, MARYLAND REGARDING QUALIFICATIONS OF MAYOR

It is hereby resolved by the Mayor and Council of     Pocomoke

City, Maryland, that Charter Section C-16 of the Code of   Pocomoke

City, Maryland (1968 Edition) is hereby repealed in its   entirety
and reenacted with amendments as follows:

RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT
AND COMMISSIONERS OF PRINCESS ANNE, MARYLAND
Regarding Annexation of Certain Real Property

PURSUANT to Article 23 A Section 19, Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended, the President and
Commissioners of Princess Anne, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of Maryland, hereby resolves to annex the following
described parcel of land to the existing corporate limits of the
Town of Princess Anne.
