CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1986-1

SUBJECT: "Power to regulate loud noises."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Power to regulate loud noises" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of increasing the membership of the Noise Control Board
from five (5) to seven (7) and providing for the terms to be
staggered.
