9 OF ARTICLE 17 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND,
EVERSTINE'S 1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED) AMENDING SUBSECTION 6.a.,
ENTITLED "QUALIFICATIONS OF "VOTERS," OF SECTION 6 OF SAID
CHARTER, ENTITLED "REGISTRATION OF VOTERS," TO PROVIDE AMONG THE
QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO REGISTER TO VOTE IN ALL CITY ELECTIONS
A REQUIREMENT TO RESIDE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
FOR AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS NEXT PRECEDING ANY CITY ELECTION.
