CHARTER AMENDMENT - TOWN OFFICIALS

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of Highland Beach to
specify certain administrative powers and duties of Commissioners
of the town; providing for the appointment and specifying the
responsibilities of a Beach Commissioner, Environmental
Commissioner, Roads Commissioner and Security Commissioner;
altering certain purchasing and contracting responsibilities and
procedures for the town; and generally relating to powers and
responsibilities of various town officials.
