A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
HAMPSTEAD, for the purpose of amending Section 6-59 of the
Charter of The Town of Hampstead as the same is codified in the
Everstine Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll County (1976) to
provide the date when taxes shall be considered overdue and in
arrears and to provide a penalty for late payment.

REPLACEMENT VOLUME) TITLE "CORPORATIONS--MUNICIPAL"; TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND, BY AMENDING
SECTION 28 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE AS
