A RESOLUTION concerning

CHARTER AMENDMENT - COMMISSIONERS

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of Highland Beach to
provide that under certain circumstances a Commissioner may be
deemed to have vacated the office of Commissioner for
non-attendance at certain meetings of the Board of Commissioners;
providing for the determination of such a vacancy; and matters
generally related thereto.
