Maryland owned by Joseph W. Dingus.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION

NO. 1986-1

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
HAMPSTEAD, for the purpose of amending Section 6-26 of the
Charter of The Town of Hampstead as the same is codified in the
Everstine Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll County (1976) to
increase the maximum penalties for misdemeanors as authorized by
State law and to authorize the Council to provide that violations
of ordinances shall constitute municipal infractions and
outlining the procedures therefore.

of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
