PROVIDE FURTHER THAT THE CITY COUNCIL SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO
MEET IN EXECUTIVE SESSION, WHICH SHALL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC,
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE ANNOTATED
