AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Board of Fire and Rescue Commissioners

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Charles County to administer a certain program for certain
mobile intensive care units; correcting and clarifying the
composition of the Board of Fire and Rescue Commissioners;
making certain technical and conforming changes; and
generally relating to the Charles County Board of Fire and
Rescue Commissioners.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 25 - County Commissioners

13A.

In Charles County, the County Commissioners shall administer
the [retirement] LENGTH OF SERVICE AWARD program for volunteer
firemen, [and] rescue squadsmen, AND MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE UNITS
as provided for in §§ 130 through 130C of the Code of Public Laws
of Charles County.
