VETOES

This bill adds construction and installation of fencing to
the types of work and materials that are subject to mechanics'
liens.

House Bill 1434, which was passed by the General Assembly
and signed by me on April 29, 1987, accomplishes the same
purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 895.

Sincerely,

William Donald Schaefer

Governor

Senate Bill No. 895

AN ACT concerning

FOR the purpose of adding the construction or installation of any
