and charter county that have been delivered to the Department as
required by law.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated provision in §
2-1309(a)(l) of the State Government Article.

The responsibility for certifying referendum votes was
transferred from the Secretary of State to the
Administrative Board of Election Laws in Ch. 103 of
the Acts of 1970.

The outdated provision was noted by the professional
staff of the Legislative Division of the Department of
Legislative Reference.

2-1402.

The [State] DEPARTMENT OF LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE shall:

(1)  on request of a member of the General Assembly,
provide the member with a copy of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
for personal use; and

(2)  during the term of the member, keep the volumes
current.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated provision in §
2-1402 of the State Government Article.

The Department of Legislative Reference was directed
in an October 21, 1986 memorandum from the presiding
officers of the General Assembly, to arrange for
distribution of the Annotated Code to members of the
General Assembly.

The outdated provision was noted by the professional
staff of the Legislative Division of the Department of
Legislative Reference.

(a) Except, as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1990, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(12) Governor's Council on Adolescent Pregnancy ([§
15-102] § 15-120 of the Family Law Article).

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in a cross-reference
in § 8-403(a)(12) of the State Government Article.
