(f) Except as provided in [subsection (b)] SUBSECTION (E)
of this section, on or before July 1, 1989, an evaluation shall
be made of the State Board of Examiners of Professional
Counselors (§ 15.5-201 of the Health Occupations Article) and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the State Board of
Examiners of Professional Counselors.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in an internal
reference in § 8-403(f) of the State Government
Article.

The error occurred in Ch. 734 of the Acts of 1985.

The error was noted by the Computer Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference and by the
professional staff of the Legislative Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference.

Unless the General Assembly reestablishes the Council and
the advisory workgroup by statute, the [Council and the advisory
workgroup] PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE terminate on July 1, 1991,
WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This clarifies the language of § 9-1405 of
the State Government Article.

Title 9, Subtitle 14 of the State Government Article,
as enacted by Chs. 113 and 114 of the Acts of 1986
establishes the Interagency Child Care Council and an
advisory workgroup, and provides for their duties.

The clarifying language was suggested by the
professional staff of the Legislative Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference.

(a) (2) Consistent with the requirements of [§
10-132(a)(1)] § 10-132(1)(I) of this subtitle, the evaluation
report shall contain:

regulations;

(i) any proposed amendments to the unit's
