AN ACT concerning
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission - Revenue Bonds
MC/PG 5-87
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Maryland-National Capital Park
and Planning Commission to issue borrow money by issuing
revenue bonds to finance park and recreational facilities in
Montgomery County; and providing for the endorsement and
force of a certain guaranty by Montgomery County, fix
certain charges for the use of the facilities for certain
purposes, and enter into certain trust agreements to secure
payment of certain obligations; empowering the Commission to
determine the form, interest rate or rates or method of
determining the same, terms, conditions, maturities, and all
other details incident to the issuance and sale of bonds;
exempting certain bonds from, State taxation; providing for
the retirement of the bonds; authorizing the Commission to
adopt certain rules and regulations; defining certain terms;
and generally relating to the authority of the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to
issue revenue bonds for park and recreational facilities in
Montgomery County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 28 - Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission
