SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 6-101(g) of Article 28
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
6-101(h).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 28 - Maryland-National Capital Park
and Planning Commission

6-101.

(f)(1) For the purpose of paying the cost of any

facilities in EITHER Prince George's County OR MONTGOMERY COUNTY,
for the use or benefit of which the Commission proposes to make
or authorize a charge, and which will comprise an integral part
of the park and recreation systems of the Commission, authority
is conferred on the Commission, in addition to all authority
conferred elsewhere in this title, to issue its bonds payable as
to principal and interest solely or in part from the net or gross
rents or revenues realized by the Commission from any such
facilities. These bonds shall be designated revenue bonds; the
amount thereof which may be issued at any one-time shall be
limited only by the cost of the facilities to be financed with
the proceeds thereof and there may not be a limitation on the
aggregate amount of such bonds which may be outstanding at any
one time.

(8) If deemed necessary by the Commission to the
advantageous marketing or sale of any revenue bonds issued under
this subsection, EITHER Prince George's County OR MONTGOMERY
COUNTY, AS APPROPRIATE, shall endorse on each such bond its
guarantee of the performance by the Commission of its covenants
contained in the bonds or in any such trust agreement or

indenture. The guaranty shall be in the following APPROPRIATE

form.
