(2)  Make a cash payment or payments, in an amount
equal to all or any portion of the depositors' savings accounts,
to any or all of the depositors of a member association in
receivership; OR

(3)   [Or both] BOTH.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the misplacement of a
conjunction in § 10-110.1(c) of the Financial
Institutions Article.

The disjunctive conjunction, "or", was misplaced in
Ch. 12 of the Acts of 1986.

The misplaced conjunction was noted by the Michie
Company.

(b) The exemption provided in [subsection (a)(7)]
SUBSECTION (A)(8) of this section does not apply to any person
who, for acts of fraud or misappropriation of funds, has been
denied a license to engage in a business relating directly or
indirectly to real estate or loan activities, or whose license to
engage in such activities has been suspended or revoked.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in an internal
reference in § 12-302(b) of the Financial Institutions
Article.

Subsection (a)(7) of § 12-302 of the Financial
Institutions Article became subsection (a)(8) with the
concurrent codifications of Chs. 823 and 845 of the
Acts of 1986.

The error was noted by the Michie Company and by the
professional staff of the Legislative Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference.

In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this
subtitle, the Authority shall:

(4) Submit a detailed annual report of the activities
and financial standing of the Authority to the Governor, and
subject to § 2-1312 of [this article] THE STATE GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE, to the General Assembly.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in a cross-reference
in § 3-719(4) of the Financial Institutions Article.

The error was contained in Ch. 283 of the Acts of
