SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 9-201 through 9-229 9-201 through
9-223, inclusive, and 9-225 through 9-229, inclusive, and the
subtitle "Subtitle 2. Regulation by State" of Article - Health -
Environmental of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
