and other organizations for certain purposes; providing
generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the
loan; amending Chapter 693 of the Acts of 1980, the General
Construction Loan of 1980, as amended by Chapter 592 of the
Acts of 1986, to delete the specification of the exact
location for incinerators to be installed at the Baltimore
City Campus of the University of Maryland; amending Chapter
520 of the Acts of 1982, the General Construction Loan of
1982, as amended by Chapter 670 of the Acts of 1983 and
Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985, to change the object of a
certain appropriation to the Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services from "Design and construct centralized
kitchen facility..." to "Provide a fund for 1 or more of the

following projects to upgrade existing food service

facilities at the Hagerstown Correctional Complex...";

amending Chapter 520 of the Acts of 1982, the General
Construction Loan of 1982, to change the object of a certain

appropriation to the Department of Public Safety and

Correctional Services from "Renovate the kitchen" to

"Provide a fund for 1 or more of the following projects to
upgrade existing food service facilities at the Hagerstown
Correctional Complex..." amending Chapter 724 of the Acts of
1981, the General Construction Loan of 1981, as amended by
Chapter 520 of the Acts of 1982 and Chapter 286 of the Acts
of 1986, to reduce the appropriation "to provide a portion
of the funds to construct a new 720-bed medium-security
correctional institution at the Maryland Correctional
Institution - Hagerstown Complex..." and to reappropriate
the amount of the reduction to alter, expand, and equip the
Central Warehouse Building at the Hagerstown Correctional
Complex for use as a central kitchen and to modify existing
kitchens; amending Chapter 670 of the Acts of 1983, the
General Construction Loan of 1983, to expand the scope of a
project of the University of Maryland for its Eastern Shore
Campus so that appropriated funds may be used for
construction, as well as for renovation of space, for
certain purposes; amending Chapter 82 of the Acts of 1984,
the General Construction Loan of 1984, to expand the scope
of a project in the Department of Natural Resources to
include the construction of an office/storage building at
Rocks State Park; amending Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985,
the General Construction Loan of 1985, to expand the scope
of a project of the Department of Natural Resources for New
Germany State Park so that appropriated funds may be used
for the design and construction of a bathhouse/warming
facility; amending Chapter 286 of the Acts of 1986, the
General Construction Loan of 1986, to include Dundalk Armory
in the appropriation to the Military Department to "Provide
funds for restoration of roofs...", to change the object of
a certain appropriation to the Department of Natural
Resources from "Construct anadromous fish intercept hatchery
facilities..." to "Close out contracts for design of
anadromous fish intercept hatchery facilities and design,
