construct and renovate anadromous fish hatchery facilities
at Cedarville..." to expand the scope of a project of the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for the Deer's Head
Center so that appropriated funds may be used for designing
and preparing detailed plans and specifications for the
renovation of the electrical distribution system, as well as
the HVAC system, to restrict the expenditure of certain
appropriations to the Maryland House of Correction and
Maryland Penitentiary until the Budget Committees review a
plan and release the funds; to change the object of a
certain appropriation to the Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services from "Purchase capital equipment for
centralized kitchen at Hagerstown Correctional Complex..."
to "Provide a fund for 1 or more of the following projects

to upgrade existing food service facilities at the

Hagerstown Correctional Complex..."; and to clarify the
purpose of a certain appropriation to the University of
Maryland for the pumping and distribution system at the Horn
Point Environmental Laboratories.
