(b) (1) The Council shall be assisted by a 15 member
advisory workgroup, appointed by the Governor from various areas
of the State, with a majority of the members appointed from the
private sector.

(2) At least one member from each of the following
groups shall be represented:

(i) local government licensing agency;

(ii) consumers of child care;

(iii) providers of child care;

[(iv) Office for Children and Youth;]

[(v)] (IV) fire marshal;

[(vi)] (V) local building inspection unit;

[(vii)] (VI) local zoning units;

[(viii)] (VII) provider associations; and

[(ix)] (VIII) child advocacy groups.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - Hartley Hall, Inc.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $300,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant
to Hartley Hall, Inc., a nursing home located in Worcester
County for the purpose of the planning, design, financing,
site preparation, access road construction, building
construction, furnishing and equipping of a comprehensive
care bed addition to Hartley Hall's existing 50
comprehensive care bed facility and renovating certain parts
