review provisions of §§ 7-313 and 7-314 of this title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Trucks - Penalties for Safety Violations

FOR the purpose of altering the penalties that the owner or
operator of a truck a person is subject to for certain
violations of law relating to truck safety equipment;
establishing a penalty for a subsequent violation of certain
provisions of law by the owner or operator of a truck and
truck weight limitations; and generally relating to truck
safety equipment for trucks and weight limitations and
penalties for certain violations.
